When will I receive my order?
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as it's on the way!


Do you offer expedited shipping?
We offer Expedited (2-3 business days) and Rush (1-2 business days) shipping options, measured in weekdays (excluding holidays and weekends). Only orders placed by 4 PM ET, Monday-Thursday, are guaranteed within the noted timeframe, and delays can happen, especially during the holidays or higher volume periods.


Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

 

My package was marked undeliverable. What happens now?
If your package was not deliverable, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at support@shopdvrh.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!



RETURNS
How do I make a return?
We offer returns on unused products within 30 days of shipment. Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please contact us to request a return label.  You should receive your return shipping label within 48 hours.  If you have any issues with your return, please reach out to support@shopdvrh.com for assistance.


What is your exchange policy?
Due to the timeline for processing an exchange and the limited nature of most of our inventory, we don’t offer exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for the bag you’d like and returning your current order for a refund following the steps above.


Can I return an item purchased on sale?
We accept returns (in accordance with our return policy above) on any items not marked “Final Sale”.


How do I return something I received as a gift?
You can email support@shopdvrh.com and provide either the order number or the purchaser’s name, and we can help you from there!


How long will it take to receive my refund? And where will my refund go?
Please allow up to 15 business days to processes your refund once the returned product is received. The refund will go to the payment method used when originally placing the order. Shipping charges are not refundable.


General Returns Disclaimer:
All returned products must be unused, undamaged, with all accessories included, and, whenever possible, packaged in the original boxes in order to ensure a full credit. Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a return does not comply with this policy.


Gift cards cannot be returned and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law. Coupons, promo codes and other discounts may not be used to purchase gift cards. In the event that a purchase made with a gift card is returned, the original gift card will be credited.
